| League RulesApart from the exceptions detailed at the bottom of this page, matches that are not played are subject to the award of a walkover (i.e. 5 points to 0). A system for who should initiate contact to arrange games is given in each of the current division tables. If a match is not played the walkover will be awarded to the person who should have been contacted. If you are listed as the contacter for an unplayed game, but you feel it is not your fault then please contact the league administrator. The walkover will then normally be awarded to you. Possible reasons for claiming a walkover when you are the contacter include:
If mutual consent is formed between players, walkovers may be submitted in the same way as regular scorelines (using the Submit Results page). Please score walkovers as appropriate, but honestly and fairly. If you know you will be unable to play a game, please concede the walkover yourself. Note: It is the player's responsibility to ensure that walkovers are claimed (or the league administrator is informed) as necessary before the end of the session. This is imperative as if the administrator is not aware of any walkover claims then any games left unplayed will be subject to a walkover based on the contacts system.
